The new nüvi 1200 has an ultra slim design and is less than 25% thinner than its predecessors.
The advanced navigation system has a more attractive user interface with enhanced display,
a new touch-and-drag operation and a bright touch screen. Furthermore,
the device has navigation functions for walking, public transport information and ecoRoute ™ text-to-speech.

Navigating out of the car

Now you can use your nüvi also the quickest route to that nice restaurant in the city center to find out after you have parked your car.
The City of Xplorer ™ equipped device company also has a
pedestrian mode and can take into account the schedules of public transportation (optional download).
The nüvi gives you a detailed route planning with estimated time of arrival,
an overview of the departures of public transport and useful points in the area.
